The food served for breakfast was great! Room was adequate ( Coco villa Sea view). Hotel staffs were friendly.

There was no kettle or hot water unless you ask for it!

The Resort is directly along the boulevard, everything is on walking distance. The staff were willing and friendly. The resort has 2 pools. The room layout served our needs perfectly. The price compared to other places on Con Dao island.

-The hotel is way too expensive for what you get, because of room scarcity on the island, they think their price is justified and don't have to give you any service for your dollars. The hotel owner wanted to charge a huge fee for parking a rented motorbike and he wanted 75$ extra for a baby bed. It is cheaper when you buy it! -The people working there are nice, but the hotel's management is non existing, they have no clue what hospitality means! Poor restaurant. Poor breakfast (Old coffee, sugared milk, fake orange juice, only vn dishes), you will not like it. -The room was 30 meter from the sea, but there is little sea view due to a hedge.

Friendly staff, good breakfast in the weekend

The hotel has no beach. By sea you can go down the stone steps. The steps are slippery and dangerous during high tide. Breakfast on weekdays is very lean, choice of eggs or a hamburger. The white towels from many washings became gray. There is no free drinking water in the room.

The bike hire facility. Spacious room Room included kettle and hairdryer. The position and the spacious balcony.

Only 1 receptionist could speak English so making requests , gaining access to money in the safe or our passports was not always available immediately.

It was friendly, the staff did their best to accomodate our needs. The environment was very attractive and well maintained.

My wife & I are still recovering from the bed bug bites we got while staying there (three days). Hygene is unfortunately not generally a high priority here, and in most of Vietnam for that matter.

I think that the food was really delicious especially the seafood. We really enjoyed our stay in Con Dao.

Seafood spring rolls in the hotel restaurant was good

- Staff does not speack english at all. - Rooms are old; - far from the beach; - Prices for motobike rent is twice higher then in the city; - bad value for the requested money

Con Dao is definitely worth the trip, wherever you stay. We enjoyed atc, the room was clean and bug-free, nice decor and high ceilings and the ocean view was amazing. The restaurant was usually empty, as were all the restaurants on the island, but everything they served us was well cooked and tasty. Regarding location, very close to town (2 blocks from museums) and the market, and maybe a 10 minute walk to swimming beachs in either direction. We rented motorbikes from the hotel (5$/half day) which was a highlight of the trip, one of the best ways to see the island. Only one person on the staff spoke English, but the service was good. Our flight home was delayed 4 hours and they let us stay in the room long after noon checkout since there was nowhere else to go with all our luggage, which I really appreciated. Would stay there again.

There is no wifi in the the rooms, for internet there is only a computer at the front desk.

con dao is a small island. this hotel is central and on the sea in the small city. great staff and resturant. great pool and beautiful grounds.

Set up for breakfast is just bad. Not worth as 70$. I spent time in Mũi Né with 15$ only and the food much more better.

poor communications due to language barrier

None unfortunately. Hotel was falsely advertised in rating. Should desert 1 star rating only. My so- called villa was not safe for children due to an opened well in water in front of the villa. The swimming pool was dirty. The room was not clean and infested with mosquito. We all got stung by them. Shower was flooded.... We felt so robbed with the price we paid

After staying happily in a beautiful $17/night hotel in hcmc, I was pretty appalled at the stained/ripped towels, sheets that didn't fit the bed, and dirty room for $75/night. The staff's English was poor, which was not an issue, but they barely attempted to be helpful, friendly or accommodating. Not even a smile. Even a simple request of what sorts of tours/activities there were on the island was met with sending us elsewhere (Dive! Dive! Dive! Which were amazing). They don't carry any info on the island there. The motorbike we rented they said had a full tank of petrol was mostly empty, and the girl who showed us our room said the minibar was "all free", which we clarified with her - on checkout we found it wasn't, not even the water. Walking down the beach, every other hotel on the island looked better. Don't bother.

Seaview! Breakfast was good! A lot of choice.

We were disappointed when we saw our bungalow: old fashioned, in bad state (mould on the walls and ceilings) and not clean enough. There were I think 3 older bungalows, the rest of the bungalows/appartments looked very nice! Two staff member spoke english well. The others didn't speak english at all! Quite annoying sometimes... No free internet acces.
